hw_insdoc ( int connection, int parentID, string object_record, string text)
Inserts a new document with attributes as in
object_record into collection with object ID
parentID. This function inserts either
an object record only or an object record and a pure ascii text in
text if text is given.
If you want to insert a general document of any kind use
hw_insertdocument() instead.
