dbx_close

(PHP 4 >= 4.0.6)

dbx_close -- Close an open connection/database

Description

bool dbx_close ( object link_identifier)

Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.

Example 1. dbx_close() example

<?php
$link = dbx_connect(DBX_MYSQL, "localhost", "db", "username", "password")
    or die ("Could not connect");

print("Connected successfully");
dbx_close($link);
?>
